Recent improvements included:

* tab context menu actions for closing the current tab, other tabs, or tabs to the right
* better path-aware file search
* hidden workspace files and folders showing up again in the explorer and search
* Reader fixes for long markdown files
* simpler queued follow-up message behavior while replies are still running
* stronger file path handling from chat into Reader
* more reliable usage and provider-state display behavior
* improved visibility for approval and permission prompts during active runs
